How it works
HomeHelp Connect is not a contractor. Here's exactly what happens between submitting a request and hearing from a provider.
1. Tell us what happened
Fill out a short form describing the issue at your property, your ZIP code, and how you'd like to be contacted. It takes a couple of minutes.
2. We review and route your request
Your request is reviewed for completeness and checked against the ZIP codes HomeHelp Connect currently serves. If it's eligible, it may be shared with an independent local provider that offers the requested service. Requests may be shared with more than one provider serving your ZIP code.
3. A matching independent provider may contact you
If a provider is available, they may reach out using your preferred contact method to discuss your request, availability, and next steps. Contact is not guaranteed for every request.
What we don't do
We don't perform repair, inspection, or installation work ourselves, and we don't set pricing, guarantee availability, or promise a specific arrival time. Provider availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, and service terms are determined entirely by the independent provider.
